Joseph McCarthy, Founder: Joseph formed HIS WILL – F.H.E.M.S. due to a passion driven by childhood and adult experiences in farming.
With an education base in business and finance, Joseph brings 30+ years of experience in the construction industry with QA/QC inspection, contracts, and project oversight. He holds certifications for coatings, concrete, and asphalt and focuses his experience within the steel, concrete, coatings, and asphalt disciplines. These obtained skills will assist the foundation with site designs, development, and construction activities for the growth needed to serve communities.
